The Vision

The Delita Drive project was shaped around a bold geometric pool plan that gives the backyard a clear modern identity. An attached spa, tanning shelf, and streamlined water-feature wall create multiple focal points while still keeping the overall composition disciplined and uncluttered.

The surrounding hardscape was designed to support both lounging and circulation without competing with the water. In the end, the yard feels clean, contemporary, and purpose-built for Southern California outdoor living.

Technical Challenges & Solutions

Angular Layout Control: The sharp geometry of the pool, tanning shelf, and spa required precise layout work so the finished lines would read cleanly from every view.
Feature Balance: With a spa, shelf, and water wall all in one composition, the design needed careful proportioning to feel refined rather than overloaded.
