The Vision

Perched above the surrounding landscape, the Avenida De Aprisa project was designed to turn the backyard into a true view property centerpiece. The pool composition emphasizes long sightlines, elevated water, and a raised spa that adds dimension without blocking the horizon.

Spillways and edge detailing give the project constant movement, while the surrounding hardscape keeps the space calm and uncluttered. The final result feels resort-oriented and highly responsive to the hillside setting rather than dropping a standard pool into a scenic lot.

Technical Challenges & Solutions

Hillside Engineering: Creating a pool with a strong edge presence on a sloped site required careful structural planning so the water features and surrounding deck would feel secure and seamless.
