The Prospect Blvd project blends a softer pool shape with a bright, contemporary material palette. The freeform pool and round spa feel relaxed and inviting, while the aqua tile, white coping, and warm deck accents keep the project fresh and visually layered.

That balance between softness and precision is what makes the backyard work so well. It feels approachable enough for everyday lounging, but polished enough to read like a custom resort-style retreat in Pasadena.

Technical Challenges & Solutions

Curved-Form Coordination: The freeform pool and circular spa needed clean relationships to the straighter deck edges so the whole yard would feel composed rather than mismatched.
Palette Control: Aqua tile, white coping, and warm deck tones had to be balanced carefully to keep the project colorful and welcoming without becoming overly busy.
