The Lynrose Street project leans into a more natural, resort-inspired character than many of the portfolio's geometric builds. A freeform pool and spa are paired with a rock waterfall and textured stone details that bring movement, sound, and a sense of escape to the backyard.
Covered seating, a TV and bar zone, turf, and daybed-style lounging areas turn the yard into a true staycation setting. The final design feels playful and immersive while still giving the family a practical entertainment layout in Temple City.
